The Trap God has been sprung.

Gucci ended a 39-month stint in prison today after a judge agreed to free him four months ahead of his scheduled release date.

Gucci’s lawyer filed a motion a few months ago asserting that his client had not received proper credit for previous time served. The judge granted the request. Meaning that Gucci will live under house arrest for the next few months and receive probation after that.

The rapper, born Radric Davis, had been behind bars since late 2013, when he was arrested for gun possession. In May 2014, he pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and was given a 39-month sentence.

Welcome home, Guwop.
