Ingredients:
- 1 ginger root
- 400g of sugar (maple syrup or honey as healthiest choice)
- 2 tbsp of powdered turmeric ( or turmeric root)
- 400 g of onion
- 1l of water
The turmeric and the ginger root should be in size of the thumb.
Instructions:
Make a mixture between the sugar and the water and place it on heat and remove it when it starts boiling.
Chop the onion and the ginger and add them to the previous mixture.
Add the turmeric to this mixture when it is well boiled and then lower the temperature to medium. The mixture should be cooked until ½ of the total amount is left in the container. After that, strain the resulting mixture in a glass container and store it in the refrigerator.
Consume the miracle beverage every day, 2 tbsp in the morning and evening, at least 2h after the meal.
