Kohl and Zelda are two African blackfooted penguins that just celebrated their 22nd Valentine’s day together. What was on the romantic menu? Fish, of course! These love birds have been at the Audubon Aquarium, in New Orleans, since 1990; this year marks their copper anniversary.

“We’ve seen our share of penguin heartbreak, infidelity and sometimes joyful reunion here in our colony,” Aviculturist Tom Dyer explains. “Kohl and Zelda, however, are spending their 22nd Valentine’s Day together. They are Audubon’s sweethearts.”
