Sex is a basic urge. Unless you identify as asexual, you will – in some shape or form – be influenced by your sexual urges at some point in your life. And with today’s technology, it’s never been easier to satisfy that urge.
With the rise of online dating, the ease of finding someone to sleep with has increased tenfold. It’s so easy in fact, that you don’t even need to leave the house to hypothetically “seal the deal”. Well, is that convenient? Yes and no.
If you’re a person who is easily influenced, believes in forming meaningful relationships and/or wear your heart on your sleeve, you probably won’t take too kindly to some of the people you find online. On the other hand, if you’re a person who is mostly after a good night with someone you hope to never see again in an attempt to gain sexual gratification then… welcome to the internet. Tinder (and other apps) have made your life a hell of a lot easier.
