After their recent split over their “irreconcilable differences”, actress Amber Heard has filed for a domestic violence restraining order against husband Johnny Depp. Heard has also provided the Californian courts with images, showing her bruised and cut face. This comes just days after she filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences” this past Monday.
Heard, along with her lawyer Samantha Spector, claim that the photos of her alleged injuries were taken on Saturday, after actor and husband Johnny Depp hit her in the face with his iPhone, and then fled the scene after the police arrived at their home.
TMZ reports that Depp then offered the actress money, in order to keep quiet regarding the incident, but Heard chose instead to end their relationship and file for divorce. The 30-year-old actress also claims to have a video in her possession that allegedly shows Depp beating her.
