I have a love/hate relationship with heels. I love them but I hate to wear them. In a perfect world, I could bust out a pair of sassy heels and paint the town red. Tip 1: Keep moving
In an interview with the Daily Mail, Kendall said that the trick to holding it together in a pair of heels is to keep moving. She adds that by doing this, you’re shifting your weight from one foot to the other. If moving isn’t an option, Kendall suggests placing one foot in front of the other (her signature pose). Alternatively, she recommends leaning against a wall because it makes you look cool and takes the pressure off your feet.
Tip 2: Toes matter
While wearing a pair of pointy-toed shoes is slimming and in style, it’s also the worst kind of heel to wear for your sanity, Kim says. Pointy shoes tend to cut off the blood circulation to your toes because they’re being squashed into a small space. Instead, Kim suggests wearing an almond-shaped shoe which gives you more wiggle room.
