If there is one list in the world that you don’t want to be on, it’s probably this one. The FBI are one of the most powerful law enforcement agencies on the planet and if they want to speak to you it’s probably not good news. The list all started from a conversation held in late 1949 between J Edgar Hoover, Director of the FBI, and William Kinsey Hutchinson; Editor-in-Chief of the International News Service (the predecessor of the United Press International).
The two powerhouses were discussing ways to promote capture of the FBI’s “toughest guys” and this is the result. The chat turned into a published article which was finally announced on March 14, 1950. Designed to make it easier for law enforcement to capture dangerous fugitives – here is the top 10 as it stands right now.
10. Robert William Fisher
Robert William Fisher is wanted for allegedly killing his wife and two young children and then blowing up the house in which they all lived in Scottsdale, Arizona, in April of 2001. Potentially an avid outdoorsman, he is believed to be in possession of several weapons, including a high-powered rifle. A dangerous chap, Fisher is thought to be a good hunter and fisherman. So he could be living off the land somewhere as we speak.
Reward: $100,000
9. Brenda Delgado
Jealous, jilted lover Brenda Delgado was actually arrested on Friday – days after the FBI added her to their list. Delgado is accused of hiring a gunman to murder her ex-boyfriend’s new girlfriend, Dr. Kendra Hatcher, in a parking garage. She was apparently jealous because the victim had recently been introduced to her ex-boyfriend’s parents. Shocking.
